Update
The European Union (EU) has increased the maximum residue levels (MRLs) for dichlorprop-P on barley, oats, rye, and wheat.
Impacted Products
barley, oats, rye, and wheat
What is changing?
The MRLs for dichlorprop-P in barley, oats, rye, and wheat have been raised from 0.1 to 0.2 mg/kg.
Why?
Following a request, the MRLs for dichlorprop-P in barley, oats, rye, and wheat have been updated based on new data evaluated by EFSA (2024), which confirmed that the proposed levels are appropriate.
Timeline
The new MRLs apply from 17 April 2025.
