What is changing?
The EU has increased the MRL for flutianil on grapes from 0.15 to 0.7 mg/kg.
Why?
New Codex MRLs (CXLs) for flutianil have been adopted. EFSA (2022) has not identified a consumer health risk for these CXLs, so they have been adopted as EU MRLs.
Timeline
The new EU MRLs for flutianil will apply from 22 June 2023.
